References, positive credit check and proof of employment/income and/or funds required upon acceptance, to the landlord's satisfaction
Payment of monthly rent, excluding the deposit and security, shall be made directly to the Lessor on the first of every month via electronic/email transfer and/or post dated Cheques.
The condo shall be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, minus normal wear and tear.
No subletting or modifications to the condo of any kind without written consent of the Landlord.
The Lessee shall respect all building rules and regulations. Any fines resulting from a failure to do so, shall be the full responsibility of the sub-Lessee.
